Vern has been a licensed Realtor with the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board since 1985. As one of Nanaimo’s perennial top producers, Vern’s achievements include the RE/MAX 100% Club, President’s Club, and Executive Club.
He is also a member of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board’s Million Dollar Medallion Club.

Vern currently holds the MVA – Residential designation, this nationally-recognized designation is awarded to Realtors who have demonstrated competence, experience and education in the field of residential appraisal. This skill and experience allows Vern to help his clients determine true market value.

A graduate of BCIT’s Business Administration Program, he is a former Hotelier – a career experience that has pointed out to him the need to provide dedicated, conscientious, and professional service to all of his clients.

Vern was born and raised here, and his family is here because he is convinced that there is no better place to live in the world than the Central Vancouver Island area.
