Q: What is REALMap™ ?

A: REALMap™ is a new tool to view real estate in Nanaimo, Port Alberni, Tofino and Ucluelet. Each listing is visually identified on an interactive map by a balloon. When you click on the balloon you can see the address, price, property type, photo, realtor and a direct link to more info and photographs. Just like thumbtacks on a map, REALMap™ literally puts your home , real estate or property on the MAP !

Q: How can I get my home on the REALMap ™ ?

A: In order to get your home, real estate or house on the REALMap™, see your Nanaimo, Port Alberni, Tofino, or Ucluelet RE/MAX Realtor by clicking on the direct office link below.

Did you know, that when your home is added to the REALMap™, home buyers that have registered with HotSheet.ca (free service) are instantly sent an email outlining your home's details along with a direct link to the listing online !

REALMap uses the process : GeoMapping which is the process of taking a properties latitude and longitude (GPS) and pinpointing that exact location onto a map.

In our case we offer the ability to view all of our listings in our iweb database (currently being implemented to existing listings and all new listings being required) in an easy to view map utilizing the Google map API combined with our database to create the REALMap™, with listings marked by a RE/MAX balloon.

If you can imagine an interactive street level map that superimposes satellite imagry with RE/MAX balloons indicating the position of Port Alberni, Tofino & Ucluelet homes and real estate for sale you have the REALMap™. By clicking on a port alberni real estate , tofino real estate, or ucluelet real estate RE/MAX balloon you are given a pop up caption that quickly shows the address, price, property type and picture of property offered for sale.
